Frequently asked questions
Got questions? I’ve got answers.

I’m based in Southern California, and I work with clients throughout California and Arkansas via secure online therapy. Because sessions are virtual, you can access support from wherever you feel most comfortable.
-
Online therapy works much like in-person therapy — the biggest difference is that you’re in the comfort of your own space. We meet through a secure video platform, you log in at your appointment time, and we focus on whatever you need support with. Many clients appreciate the flexibility and privacy it offers.
-
At this time, I offer online sessions only, which allows me to support clients across California and Arkansas and offer greater flexibility with scheduling.

Individual therapy sessions are $250, couples sessions are $275, and EMDR intensives begin at $300/hr.
I set my fees to reflect the depth of support, specialization, and intention I bring to this work. If you’re unsure what fits your needs, we can talk through it together in a free consult. -
Your initial appointment is a structured but low-pressure evaluation where I gather essential information about your trauma history, symptoms, triggers, and patterns. This helps me determine whether EMDR, parts work, or trauma-informed therapy is the best fit for your needs.
We’ll clarify your goals, outline the treatment process, and discuss what meaningful change looks like for you.
If you’re pursuing an EMDR Intensive, we’ll complete a detailed pre-intensive assessment to ensure safety, stability, and clinical readiness. This allows us to create a tailored intensive plan for accelerated healing.
-
Healing shouldn’t take years. With EMDR and trauma-focused treatment, many clients experience measurable shifts in a short period of time.
Your timeline depends on your goals, history, and the type of work we’re doing — but you’ll never be left guessing. We’ll outline a clear treatment plan together so you know exactly what to expect. If you’re pursuing an EMDR Intensive, the process is structured, focused, and intentionally brief, designed to help you make significant progress in days or weeks rather than months of weekly therapy.

A Good Faith Estimate explains the expected costs of your mental health care so you can plan ahead. You’ll receive one before we begin working together or anytime you request it — transparency is important to me.

I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly or accept insurance at this time. If you’d like to use your insurance benefits, I can provide a monthly superbill for you to submit. Many PPO and out-of-network insurance plans offer partial reimbursement for therapy sessions, though coverage varies by plan. I encourage you to call your insurance provider to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits.
