Welcome to the website of OC Trauma Therapy LLC ("OC Trauma Therapy," "we," "me," or "my"), the practice of Jessica Dineen, LPCC. By using this website (oc-traumatherapy.com), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Purpose of this website
This website provides general information about my practice, services, and approach. It is not a substitute for professional care, and nothing on it is medical, mental health, legal, or other professional advice. Please also read the Disclaimer, which is part of these Terms.
2. No therapist-client relationship
Visiting this website, reading its content, calling, or sending an email or message does not create a therapist-client relationship. A therapeutic relationship begins only after we have completed a consultation, you have been accepted as a client, and you have signed my informed consent and practice agreements.
3. Telehealth services and eligibility
I provide telehealth (online) services only, to adults age 18 and older who are physically located in a state where I am licensed at the time of each session. I am currently licensed in California and Arkansas. I do not provide services to minors. Being a resident of a state is not the same as being located in it during a session.
4. Not for emergencies
Do not use this website, email, or voicemail to seek urgent help. Messages are not monitored in real time. If you are in crisis or believe you may harm yourself or someone else, call 911, go to your nearest emergency room, or call or text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline).
5. Contacting me; confidentiality
Please do not send detailed clinical or personal health information through this website, by email, or by text message, as these channels may not be fully secure. Scheduling and administrative messages are fine. Clinical information is shared only through the secure systems provided to clients.
6. Fees and consultations
Current session fees are described on the Investment & FAQs page and may change with notice to clients. The initial 15-minute consultation is a free phone call to determine whether we are a good fit. It is not therapy. Fees, availability, and payment policies for clients are governed by the written agreements you sign when you begin treatment.
7. Intellectual property
All text, images, graphics, logos, and other content on this website are owned by or licensed to OC Trauma Therapy LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share links to pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute content without my prior written permission.
8. Third-party links and media
This site may link to or display content from third parties, such as podcasts, interviews, and communities, for your convenience. I do not control and am not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of third-party sites. A link or feature does not mean endorsement of every view expressed there.
9. No guarantees
Therapy outcomes vary from person to person. Information on this site, including descriptions of EMDR, trauma treatment, and recovery from narcissistic abuse, is educational and does not promise or guarantee any specific result.
10. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
This website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OC Trauma Therapy LLC and Jessica Dineen are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or from your reliance on its content.
11. Changes to these Terms
I may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when changes were most recently made. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute related to this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
