INVESTMENT & FAQS
Private-pay therapy, without the red tape.
-
New clients are private pay by design, which means treatment decisions are made between you and me, not by an insurer's session limits, pre-authorizations, or medical-necessity reviews. It also lets us use formats insurance often doesn't support, like EMDR intensives. If you have out-of-network benefits, I provide a monthly superbill for reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan, so a quick call to your insurer is worthwhile. A very limited number of in-network openings with select plans are occasionally available for new clients; ask during your consultation and I'll let you know what is open.
-
Individual sessions (50 minutes) are $250. A limited number of reduced-rate openings at $150 are currently available for new clients. Your rate is set when we begin, and any change comes with advance written notice. EMDR is integrated into individual sessions; EMDR intensives are scheduled in extended blocks, and the investment is shared after your consultation. Before we begin, you'll receive a Good Faith Estimate so there are no surprises.
-
Trauma work is specific. You're working with a clinician trained directly by Dr. Ramani Durvasula in narcissistic abuse treatment and EMDR-trained since 2016, with a treatment plan built around your history rather than a generic protocol, and with no insurance rules shaping your care.
-
Every history is different, so I won't pretend otherwise. Many clients notice meaningful shifts within the first several sessions, and EMDR intensives can compress work that might take months of weekly therapy into days. In our first sessions we map a clear treatment plan, so you always know where we are.
-
Sessions happen on a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. I see adults located in California and Arkansas, so you need to be physically in one of those states at the time of your session.
-
Your initial appointment is a structured but low-pressure evaluation where I gather essential information about your trauma history, symptoms, triggers, and patterns. This helps me determine whether EMDR, parts work, or trauma-informed therapy is the best fit for your needs.
We'll clarify your goals, outline the treatment process, and discuss what meaningful change looks like for you.
If you're pursuing an EMDR Intensive, we'll complete a detailed pre-intensive assessment to ensure safety, stability, and clinical readiness.
-
A Good Faith Estimate explains the expected costs of your mental health care so you can plan ahead. You’ll receive one before we begin working together or anytime you request it — transparency is important to me.

At this time, I offer online sessions only, which allows me to support adults across California and Arkansas and offer greater flexibility with scheduling.
